In an initial consultation, we discuss your background, experience and goals. We get to know each and determine if MG Total Fitness is a good fit for you.

After discussing your goals, we determine our next steps to reach them. Specifically, we develop a detailed plan around your lifestyle, travel, experience, equipment, and training partners etc, to make this fun and successful experience.
